Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Batik du Caire piece.
However, if you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.

Item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

When your order arrives, you may try on your item while the courier waits.
If it doesn’t fit or you wish to return it, you have 10 minutes to hand it back to the courier — only the delivery fee will apply.

Please note:
• Return/exchange shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
• Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected through Instapay or bank transfer.
